The distance to Öster Centrum is about 500 meters and the location has been much appreciated by our previous tenants. Expresso House is within walking distance for those who want to buy a ready-made breakfast. The apartments are fresh and equipped with WiFi and TV. The garden is very large and as a guest there is the opportunity to both barbecue, play kubb, sunbathe and socialize in the common areas. Each apartment has a free parking space. Guests bring sheets and towels and clean before departure. Cleaning supplies and materials are provided by the host. Final cleaning, sheets and towels can be ordered when you make your booking. Age limit: 18 years During weeks 27-32, there is only weekly rental with changeover day on Saturdays. We strive for environmentally friendly housing. The waste is sorted at source and for several years water and households have been heated by district heating.
