“vid ankomst kl 23.40 var entrédörren stängd liksom receptionen. Jag hade inte fått någon info om detta. Hade tur att ett sällskap kom några minuter efter mig - de hade fått en kod till dörren liksom fått info om var deras rumsnyckel fanns. Lyckligtvis fanns även min rumsnyckel på samma ställe. Så tur i oturen! Således är jag missnöjd med servicen. Mycket bra frukost och bra läge utanför Visbys ringmur. ”

“Prisvärd hotell med mycket god frukost. Extrapris för frukost to go påse. Dock dålig dusch med för liten vattenstråle samt jobbig promenad med uppförsbacke från färjan. ”
