Wisby Railway Hotel

Hostel | In the middle of the Hanseatic city, on the city's best shopping street, Adelsgatan, is the small hostel Wisby Jernvägshotell. It offers accommodation in six rooms with access to a kitchen, shower and WC in the corridor. Final cleaning is included in the price!

Rumsförmedling has been conducted here since the end of the 1800s, hence the venerable name! Here you live cheaply but are still close to everything Visby has to offer.

The hostel has two small double rooms, two family rooms for up to four people and two four-bed rooms. Shower and WC room are located in the corridor, guests also have access to a kitchen with room for 12 people. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, kettle and TV (SVT1, SVT2, TV4, SVT24) available in the kitchen. From the kitchen there is access to a roof terrace with west facing. Please note, however, that barbecuing is not allowed on the roof terrace.

Meals are not included, but breakfast can, for an additional fee, be pre-booked. Breakfast is then served at Hotel Villa Borgen in the property next to Mon-Fri 07.00-10.00, Sat-Sun 08.00-11.00.

Pets are not allowed. All areas of the hostel are non-smoking. The hostel is not handicap accessible, all rooms are located on the second floor. Final cleaning is included in the price.

When booking infants 0-2 years, the child must be specified when searching, however, the booking does not refer to their own bed but a bed in the parent's bed.

Parking is available subject to space in the courtyard (entrance between Phase 9 and Indiska), pre-booked for SEK 150 per day. Please note that the hostel is located on a pedestrian street, as a guest you are allowed to enter. Just outside the wall, 5 min walk from the hostel, there are large parking lots.

The hostel does not have its own reception, but check-in takes place at Hotel Villa Borgen in the property next door.
