Hotelli | At smakrike you fimd 6 fantastic rooms all carefully and lovingly decorated in a unique environment. The building which earlier housed a ships merchsnts is completely changed in to a small, personal hotel with lots of charm and old details.
In the restaurant housed in the same building you can enjoy some of the best food Gotland has to offer, prepared with a lot of thought and love.

We have 5 doubble rooms and a suite all decorated differently, the inspiration, a feel of Ljugarn at the turn of the last century. All rooms have fully tiled bathrooms and rustic floors of Gotland pine. The suite has a four poster bed, a fire place and a bubble bath. Perfect as a wedding suite or if you want to treat yourself to that little extra.
Close to the sea, one hundred steps and you are by the waters edge, for a morning dip or for a stroll along the beach to Folhammar, the local rauk area. The sun rise over ljugarn beach is fantastic.

We offer two alternatives for your dinner. Spoil yourself in our dining room which features a wonderful veranda and where you can enjuy a gourmet dinner comprising local produce and only the very best of ingredients. Or have a bite to eat in our bar which is open every night and has a bar menu as well as a wide range of wines and drinks. Enjoy a cocktail in our outside lounge on a warm summers evening.
The restaurant is open every day during high season (from midsummer-11 August)
The rest of the year we are open Fri-Sun.
We close completely for a few weeks between Jan-Mar.
We are located right in the middle of Ljugarn, on the east coast of Gotland ca. 50km from Visby.
