Hotelli | Welcome to a first-class hotel with personalized service and environmental adjustment. Best Western Strand Hotel is located in the heart of the world heritage city of Visby, just inside the ring wall. Beach is surrounded by beautiful medieval surroundings, a stone's throw from the sea.

The premises were formerly Visby Brewery from 1854 and the family who now runs the hotel also ran the brewery for three generations. In 1982, the premises were transformed into a small family hotel with 13 rooms. Today the hotel consists of a total of 110 rooms where the family feeling is carefully preserved. The Best Western Strand Hotel extends over five blocks and has used the spaces in the beautiful medieval buildings to create the hotel. Almost two rooms are the same in their design and each room has its own charm that allows guests to enjoy themselves in this relaxing environment. In 2014, AC was installed in parts of the hotel, and our foyer has been given new furniture, but of course the big tree is still there!
The Best Western Strand Hotel has eight meeting rooms for up to 120 people, a restaurant for conferences and groups, free Wi-Fi and free access to the relaxation area.
The reception is staffed around the clock and there are about 30 parking spaces just outside the hotel.
The parking costs SEK 95 / day. Large breakfast buffet is included in all accommodation prices.
Please note that during week 29 we have an age limit of 20 years for residents without a partner's company.
