Gåsen Out is a simple and well-functioning accommodation for those who want to be outside most of the day. Here you live in southern Gotland, in the middle of the landscape that many people call Sudret – an area filled with nature, small excursion destinations and plenty of space to move around.
 
Around the buildings, open, green spaces spread out. There are padel courts, beach volleyball and boules, and plenty of space for both activity and tranquillity. Many guests use the area as a base for running, cycling and walking in the open countryside. The sea, nature reserves and the small roads through the agricultural landscape are just a short ride away. Here you live relaxed and comfortable, with good beds and what you need to land after a day out. The pace is calm, and many people appreciate the simplicity – to have a place to come back to, rather than something that takes the focus away from what is around them.
 
During the summer, the area takes on a life of its own. Some evenings we open up our serving with food, something good to drink and a relaxed atmosphere – for example in connection with our quiz nights and other activities during the season. There is also a larger patio where guests gather, socialize and stay a little longer than they intended.
 
For more dinner options, our sister facility is the boutique hotel Grå Gåsen in Burgsvik, about 1.5 km away – a short bike ride or walk in the evening light.
