The distance to the Öster Centrum is about 500 meters and the location has been highly appreciated by our previous tenants.

The apartments are clean and equipped with WiFi and TV. The garden is very large and as a guest it is possible to use the grills, sunbathe and socialize in the common areas. Each apartment has a free parking space.

Guests bring bed sheets and towels and clean up before leaving. Cleaning products and materials supplied by the host. Final cleaning, bed sheets and towels can be ordered when making your reservation.

Age Limit: 18 years

During weeks 27-32, only weekly rentals with changeover day Saturday.

We strive for an environmentally friendly living. From summer 2010, source separated household waste and for several years household and water is heated by district heating.
