Holiday apartments | Exclusive furnished apartment in central heritage city of Visby. Close to shops, restaurants and beaches. The apartments are newly built in a part medieval building with carefully selected furnishings and high kitchen standards.

For twenty years , we ran design company Yllet in a medieval house in central Visby . When we 2012 discontinued operations , we began to rebuild our production facilities to cozy apartments for weekly rentals. These were completed in the spring of 2013. You live here in the middle of the lovingly restored heritage city. The surrounding area in addition to the medieval monuments also have a large selection of shops , cafes and restaurants. The sea and the nearest beach (Visby Havsbad) is about 300 m. A walk in the medieval town with city walls , church ruins and beautifully renovated house is an experience both summer and winter . You are also close to the promenade , where you can hike along the ocean at sunset and maybe take a picnic to the beach.
Our apartments we have decorated with great care. The beds are of good quality and in the furniture we have sought a tasteful mix of old and new. The kitchens are equipped with oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Of course you have also access to full equipment in terms postlin , glass , cookware , etc.
The apartments are rented weekly Sunday to Sunday and during the fall winter and spring also short week (Sun -Thu, Thu-Sun ) .

From the ferry by car: Take the left through the roundabout from the terminal area. When the port area ends, turn right, First left, The first right, First left (Donner's plats), the first right (Hästgatan), second left (St. Hansgatan) . Hold. Centralt bra boende.
Nära till centrala Visby och badplats (Kallis).
Eget kök med ok standard och gångavstånd till Ica Nära.
Badrummet nästan lyxigt.
Sämre sängkvalitet på bäddsoffan, dubbelsängen bra.
Minus till ventilationen som gick dygnet runt, via köksfläkten.
Egen liten innegård som var mysig och säker, då trapphus och lägenhet nåddes via portkod.
I vägbeskrivning till lägenheten underlättade det att veta att det är ok att köra i centrala Visby, med bilen trots att det är förbjudet enligt skyltning, på väg till lägenheten. Trångt och mycket folk, men det går och är tillåtet.
Parkeringen av bilen bör beaktas om man skall stanna länge.

Vi bodde två vuxna och två barn. Perfekt läge, superfin lägenhet. Fint inredd, allt man behövde i köket. Fanns dessutom en liten innergård där ungarna kunde gå ut och leka, och de kunde även gå själva runt huset upp till skolgården på kvällen och leka där. Enda negativa var att värmen inte funkade i badrummet, och eftersom vi var där i början av april så var det lite kallt där inne. Dessutom var avrinningen i duschavloppet dåligt, så det blev blött när man duschade. Men det var en petitess i sammanhanget, och båda går att fixa.
Rekommenderas! Vi var som sagt fyra, men soffan var bäddsoffa, så man skulle lätt få plats 6 pers.

Mycket trevligt boende nära allt i Visby.
Dessutom tyst o lugnt (men vi var på Gotland efter högsäsongen)

Centralt belägna lägenheter. Jag bodde i en av de mindre. Vacker, vilsam inredning. Allt är nytt och fräscht. Kan säkert vara en del liv från folk som passerar nattetid under sommaren, men det kände jag bara av lite under en helgkväll/natt. Kommer definitivt att boka in mig där fler gånger.
