The property and the 5 apartments are remodeled and completed in 2013. They are fully equipped for self catering, including among others, dishwasher, microwave, stove with induction (not Fågelboet), broadband, television and the majority with USB input, Bose-DVD with Bluetooth. 3 apartments have a balcony and the studio Fågelboet has both a balcony and a roof terrace. In the basement there is a general utility and the property has a backyard free for hotel guests with furniture and gas grill.
The apartment complex is run without reception all year round. It is therefore important to contact the hotel to arrange a time for arrival and key handover.
The apartments can be booked daily and weekly and is an good accommodation option for families with children, adult families, couples and calm companion for over 25 years. Sköna Hönor is for everyone who choose a quiet accommodation. Between the hours of 22:00 to 09:00 must silence surrounding the apartments are accepted and good view of neighbors , other tenants and in the backyard environment. It is not allowed with animals or smoking in the property or in the backyard. The number of tenants may not exceed the number of beds for each apartment.
About 4 km from airport , 2 km ferry terminal , 500 m to the sea.

Upon arrival welcome you personally from 15.00 and on departure day , you are welcome to stay until 10:00. These hours apply in cases where nothing else is agreed.
Final cleaning included in the price except that upon departure all trash emptied by recycling station at the backyard and that all dishes are in the dishwasher which then started. Bed linen and towels are provided in the apartment to borrow with the desire of all the laundry is placed in the hall upon departure.
Visby is generally car-free summer, but guests may drive and park as usual. There is the possibility of parking next to the property and in nearby neighborhoods. Parking is summertime toll weekdays between 9-18 .

Vi var mycket nöjda med boendet och bemötandet. Boendet ligger perfekt i Visby och har bra kvalitet på all interiör. Ett extra plus för de fantastiska balkongerna. Bemötandet från värden var av högsta klass.

Lägenheten var fräsch och rymlig. Ett superbt läge och lätt att parkera i närheten. Bra bemötande. Mycket nöjd med vistelsen i Visby, kan varmt rekommendera Sköna Hönor.

perfekt boende om man vill utforska Visby,nära till det mesta och väldigt lugnt läge. Fullt utrustat kök f.r egen matlagning.

Väldigt trevligt boende högst upp i ett hus med såväl terass som balkong och med fin utsikt över de vackra omgivningarna. Lugnt och tyst, nära hamn promenad. Lägenheten har allt man behöver. Mkt bra bemötande av personal som alltid var tillgänglig vb. Kom med ny dammsugare när den äldre gått sönder och cyklade till färjeterminal med vår data laddare som vi glömt😊

Mycket fin lägenhet. Hög standard på allt. Värdinnan var toppen, skötte allt föredömligt via telefon. Det finns inget att anmärka på. Högsta betyg till Sköna Hönor.

En fantastisk liten vindslägenhet med allt du behöver. Kök, sovalkov, v-rum, badrum, kök med matbord, 2 st balkonger. Fantastisk utsikt över Visby stad och även mot havet. Nära gångavstånd till Torget ca 10 minuter. Fint inredd och snabbt och mycket trevligt bemötande från värden.
