Fire Initiation
We start with a warm welcome of the best kind, sitting on furs by the campfire, surrounded by Swedish pines, sipping on a hot tea, whilst having a welcome chat, and a mini intro of your personalized retreat.

Relaxation
Robe up inside Wildernests own private wood cabin. Hand select from specialty herbal teas and sip into your desired feeling whilst enjoying the infamous benefits of the infared footspa, letting stress fall away.

Massage (50min)
Amongst natures sounds and aromas rests a cozy tipi with a crackling fireplace awaiting you and your journey within. Beginning in the body, based around the unique style of Asian Yoga Massage

Fire meal
End your day in style, and be pampered with a scrumptious, delicious vegan, dinner cooked just for you. In true camp style tradition, sit around the outdoor fire, nestled between the Swedish forest and warmly lit tipi, under the open twilight sky.
